COS we care!
Hi, I'm Paula — founder of Cassley Office Solutions, or COS for short (and yes, the name's a bit of a pun... COS we care!).
COS was born out of a love for helping organisations like yours feel more confident with the bits that often cause the most stress — finance, funding, admin systems, and everything in between. Whether you're a community group, a social enterprise, or a business that's doing good things, I'm here to make the behind-the-scenes stuff feel less overwhelming and a lot more manageable.
I've spent years supporting third sector organisations and businesses across the Highlands — writing successful grant applications, sorting out bookkeeping systems, creating clear-as-day spreadsheets, and generally being that go-to person when you need a hand (or a gentle nudge) to get organised.
At COS, it's all about keeping things simple, supportive and straightforward. You don't need jargon or flash — you need clarity, kindness, and someone who'll stick with you until the job's done right.
So if you're staring down a spreadsheet, a funding deadline, or a mountain of admin... give me a shout. Let's make it easier — together.
Need a quick fix, long-term support, or just a friendly sounding board? We'd love to hear from you.
